What this website keeps, and what it does not.

Only after you submit a form and confirm contact consent. This website does not send field changes, partial forms or abandoned-form values.

When browser session storage is available, this tab keeps only the selected surface and early-step position for up to 24 hours. It does not save your name, email, phone, address, notes, consent, photo identifiers or appointment time in the draft. Private browsing or storage restrictions may disable this recovery.

KB's website validates the request before sending it to the company's contact system. The submitted name, contact method, property location, project type and notes may create or update your contact record. An estimate booking is a separate appointment action.

This website does not implement automated deletion from KB's GoHighLevel account. KB retains submitted records under its operating policy until an operator deletes or corrects them. Contact KB using the phone or email below to request access, correction or deletion.

The booking safety store may retain an internal contact ID, appointment time, request fingerprint, appointment ID and confirmation status. It does not store the homeowner photo, email, phone or project-note body.

When AI concept generation is enabled and you consent, the photo is sent through KB's server to the configured image provider. If you continue to an estimate, bounded original and generated copies may also be carried with that request. Provider generation is disabled by default and never substitutes a local effect.

Consent confirms that you own or may use the photo and permits KB's server and configured image provider to process it for the selected finish concept. It also permits bounded photo context to accompany the estimate request.

Use Remove beside the photo or the estimate photo context. Unsubmitted handoff context expires from this tab after 30 minutes. For a submitted request, contact KB to request access, correction, or deletion.
